RWF carries out activities designed to support the growth of deaf and deafblind children, and to encourage their appropriate cognitive, affective-emotional, social, linguistic and communicative.

A staff of employees prepared, deaf and hearing, carry out projects in education, art and sport, conducts research about deafness and deafblindness , provides training and updates to deaf and hearing professionals.
